"We’ll text you when you’ve met the conditions, then you’ll get the switch reward within 28 working days."

Did you get a txt and / or did you get your £400? I opened mine on 30th March and I put £4000 in there on 31st March. My account switch happened yesterday but have not seen the £400 yet.

I also just noticed that my Payees were not copied over from my old Lloyds Account (this worked fine last time I did a switch from First Direct to Lloyds last year).

Switch completed on 24th March, £4k deposited on 26th March

Got my £400 paid today. Switch happened on 8th April. Confirmation document came on the 10th. I also paid the £4k in before the switch happened so it still works that way. No txt to tell me I was approved for the £400.
