The Security Car Park - potential parking penalty

Hi, I would appreciate some advice please and I will try to keep this succinct!
I booked parking a parking space at The Security Park, M11 3FY behind the Etihad Campus in Manchester on Saturday night to attend a gig in the Co-op arena. The city centre traffic was awful and by the time we got to the industrial area the satnav took us to, I was ready to throw in the towel and dump the car anywhere, it was total chaos and my stress levels were through the roof! I parked the car in the signed "security car park", but it looks like I haven't parked in the right place! I should have taken a photograph of the signage, but we were running late and were likely to miss the start of the gig.
I emailed Yourparkingspace.co.uk to ask if they could tell me if I have parked in the right place, and they said they cant prove it as they don't have access to CCTV or ANPR. They sent me a photograph of the parking area, still named The Security Park, but it looks nothing like it did on the night! I have kept the booking emails and have proof that I have paid for parking, it could be that it wasn't the right place!
How long does it usually take to get a parking penalty (if I do end up with one?!)

You'll never get a penalty though. These invoices aren't fines. You'll never have to pay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
