HM Courts & Tribunals Service letter - Money Claim

Hi. Need some advice on this please….
This morning I have received a letter from HM Courts and Tribunals Service. The letter includes claims forms for the money “owed”. So not a summons, but I don’t think it’s far off that!!
What are the chances of UK Parking Control taking this further and into the courts?
I appealed the parking charge, which was issued in July, but not through their proper channels (wasn’t clear on the letter where I should be directing the appeal to). I used the contact us email form on their website, and the complaints@ email address. I then responded to the emails they sent.

I was not the driver of the vehicle, though I am the registered keeper. In my correspondence with UKPC I gave them the drivers details and asked them to direct the fine to that person, for them to then appeal.
Has anyone had any experience of it getting this far?
TIA

Plenty of people on here have , hundreds or thousands, you are in the correct place
Unlikely to get to a court hearing, more likely to be discontinued beforehand
You have a Money Claim, UKPC via DCB LEGAL
Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below
Post a redacted picture of the lower half of the claim form, after hiding the VRM details on the left side and also the password on the right hand side first3 -
Over 110,000 defendants get court claims from DCB Legal. And yes, thousands are handled & defended here every year!liamch88 said:Hi. Need some advice on this please….

You have s Claim Form ... but you know that, because it's headed up 'Claim Form'. Have you not done a forum search or browsed this weeks threads? There are shedloads of exact same DCB Legal UKPC claim threads here.
Read half a dozen.
This is as easy as pie. What are the chances of UK Parking Control taking this further and into the courts? They've already taken it to court. You have a court Claim Form in your hand.
You mean to a hearing before a judge?
Zero chance with UKPC, as long as you follow the advice here and defend (and don't go moving house & not telling DCB Legal and the court service, during the court claim process, but that's basic common sense).
Did you give them the name & postal address of the driver? Why did they reply to you then, after you did that?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
