ADVICE PLEASE - Gladstones solicitors LBC behalf of minister baywatch

Can i please have some advice, i have recieved a LBC from gladstones, my NTK seems to be pofa compliant like the one posted by coupon mad, how should i respond to the LBC? i've exhausted all the other avenues of appealing, POPLA,complained to the company, complained to BPA, spoke with manager at the site who agreed to cancel the charge but was unable to directly with MB as too much time had passed, provided that in writing to MB along with proof i wasnt the driver as i was on holiday, showed my e tickets to show the dates i flew out and flew back. I have looked through the forum for some help and information, i'm just not too sure how to deal with this as the NTK is pofa compliant. Any advice would be appreciated. Also in the POPLA stage they provided a redacted version of a liscence agreement but the liscence agreement they have is with a 3rd party company under the name bransby wilson who are listed as the managing agent for this car park and not with the actual land owner (mecca bingo). Thank you

Typical Minster Baywatch case, same as many other similar cases on here over the last few years

Study the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad

Respond to Gladstones using the LoC template response in that post

    Then await the Money Claim
  • When i spoke to the landowner who agreed to cancel the ticket, i recieved and email from them stating that they were willing to oblige and cancel but were unable to process cancellation directly with Minister baywatch due to amount of of time passed (4 months), they reffered me to bransby wilson for further assistance, i emailed bransby wilson with a complaint and this is what they responded

I have had a look through the template and it mentions pofa non compliant but the NTK i recieved seems to be pofa compliant like the one coupon mad posted so this is where i am abit confused, can they still hold keeper liable with a pofa compliant NTK even though i have a provided proof i was not the driver, as this what they have said to me in my complaint.

The LBC reply in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread does NOT mention the POFA.

Study the 2nd post is what I said, post 2, which is headed by a red font stating its post 2 ( so not post 1. )

Of course they can issue a Money Claim, anyone can, for any reason
  • Where shall i send my response to? Should i do it by post or email?
