Just got my £25 gift card. 😁 It took just short of 3 weeks since submitting my manual claim, 2.5 weeks when Easter is taken into account. So that's offer #5 done and dusted.

The wait for offer #6, the £10 gift card is ongoing but it's only a week since I submitted that one.

A good result overall, dealyboy. 👍️ Thankfully I didn't have to take this one to Santander. Hopefully you'll get the gift card as well as the £25!

I have - finally - after a lot of persistence got my £25 voucher 😊. Didn’t get initially so did an enquiry and was told Santander said I didn’t meet the T&C. Knew that was wrong so did reply listing all reasons I’d met every T&C. Said they’d resubmit my details again. About a week ago I got an email saying could claim my voucher which I did but it never arrived. Then an email saying Santander now said I met the T&C. Since then I’ve persistently been contacting them about the voucher, saying I’d do formal complaint / go to ombudsman etc.and said it was strange I got every other email from them but not the voucher. Also did formal complaint to optimise media as well. Today I get an update from voucher sent promising they’d sent my voucher twice but as I’d not got it they pasted the details onto this email and I finally got my voucher 👍🏻😊. It’s now added to my account and ready to spend 👍🏻. As I made a complaint to Santander directly as well and got £25 from them I’ve now got £50 from doing this 😀👍🏻. Got there in the end ! 😀
