Still another week to go, dealyboy. I haven't either, I may make a bit of noise next week and see if they give me the gift card to make me go away. Other than that I'm not too bothered. Just relieved I got all the other gift cards in the previous offers, especially the £100 one. 😁

I completed the VoucherSent non-receipt form yesterday and immediately received this acknowledgement …

… we'll give it another couple of weeks and then I'll phone Santander complaints 🤔

EDIT I realised I was a day too early so I've just re-submitted my 'enquiry' and received this ack …

Me too dealyboy. I'll just pester them like I did before with the first offer. I am keeping the Santander option in my arsenal for now. 😉

had a reply from voucher sent this morning after I did an enquiry because I hadn’t received my voucher. Saying Santander confirms I’ve not met the eligibility criteria. Guess they’ve picked up that I got the £100 voucher before as I did everything else. Oh well, it was a long shot but worth a try 😕

same here … I will raise a complaint with Santander, I am sure I have met the VoucherSent conditions that Santander could confirm or deny, there is no condition that you must not have received a voucher in the last year, that's the next offer …

You have to keep pestering them relentlessly. Tell them to give you a complaint reference number when you raise your complaint. Keep escalating. Insist on a letter of deadlock if and when you've exhausted the complaints process with VoucherSent. This will let them know you're prepared to take the decision out of their hands.

You won't have to go that far as they'll give you the gift card, to make you go away. It may take a while though!

Did you complain to Santander rather than to VoucherSent? Hopefully you'll get the gift card as well.
