Please help. I have received “letter of claim” from Bwlegal acting on behalf of uk parking patrol. The driver went into the petrol station parking and then drove out . Didn’t purchase anything but used it to turn around and received fine.

Definitely did not receive a fine, just a pcn invoice from a private parking company, UKPPO

If no driver admitted
Defend on the basis of no keeper liability due to byelaws etc2
