    But nothing happens on the call. Fingers crossed?! No.

    It is two minutes, tell the Mediator what a waste of time this is and ask why they are propping up scam parking firms, then you put the phone down and the claim carries on.

    This stage is already explained with 2 links in the Template Defence thread. It's literally a waste of your time.

    Looks like i will be going to a hearing :-)

    Had a mediation call today, lasted about 5 mins. utter waste of time. Got the email below
    Shamefuly, i got another automated call from the lawyers.. yawn!

    You wont be going to any hearing unless they pay the hearing fee in a few months time

    Wait until its transferred and wait for a Letter from your local civil court
