Just got this message - yay! There do seem to be reasonable people checking things over. What a relief.(I had spent 6 minutes trying to find the blue badge spaces in an unfamiliar car park, which I didn't leave)
Issue date: 13/03/2026

Deal with things as they are, not as they should be.4 -
That's good news.
They should never have issued the PCN.

In regards to the email I've sent 5 days ago to BW Legal in response to their Letter of Claim, I sent it through to 4 different @bwlegal email addresses.
Should I expect an actual reply of some sorts or will that not happen?
Thanks

Afternoon all.
Was overjoyed to find when I came home from work not long ago that I have received in the post today the claim form/pack from the Courts!
I guess I'll head online shortly and do the acknowledgement of service on MCOL, and then I suppose start getting my template of defence drafted up also.
Oh and as per my previous post, I suppose it's normal behaviour to have not received any acknowledgment or reply to my email response to their Letter of Claim??
Thanks

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below
Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first
Do nothing apart from the 2 items above

Do the AOS online stage on MCOL next Tuesday or later next week
Adapt the template defence in announcements

With an issue date of 13/05/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 18/05/26 and before or on 01/06/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 15/06/26

Ok so like I explained at the very start of this post with me being a complete newbie to this whole process, I have jumped the gun a bit with the MCOL part, as I already have completed the AOS not long after receiving the pack on 15/5.
I did not realise I should have left it 5 days after the issue date, to then do the AOS, as I gathered regardless it would be counted as 'served' from 18/5. My fault as I did not read thoroughly through the start of AOS acknowledgement on the template defence post. Idiot I know 🤦🏻
So I guess I have now slightly reduced my timeframe to submit the defence, correct?? I'm assuming I have now until 4pm 12/6??

Doesn't matter.
Easy to defend. No need to delay!
