CCJ from Parkingeye. Claim form not received as driver resides abroad. Can I set aside?

Your CMA complaint could look very similar to this one:
Easy innit?!
Go on. Just add the extra (specific) stuff about ParkingEye's ownership and market dominance seen in my Macquarie posts in recent days…hey presto they might be investigated like Euro Car Parks already are!

I never received a written order from the judge! There was nothing whatsoever received regarding the hearing. The only correspondence sent was six weeks later and was the "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track" I did email the court the day after my hearing addressing the subject of costs, but there was never any reply. So no harm in trying again, thank you

Did they pay the court fee?
If you look at your order about dates it usually say they are liable for your costs if they didn't pay the hearing fee.

Thank you for your response. As previously mentioned above, I never received an order about dates after the hearing took place. Nothing whatsoever, nothing in the post and no email. The only paperwork I received after the hearing was an email around six week later with the "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track"

I am just about to send my Letter Before Action (by email) to Parkingeye as per your helpful template here, with the necessary tweaks. Are they likely to respond do you think? I am also just fine tuning my email to CMA which I will send tomorrow.

They should reply to a LBA.
