I want to reclaim my ppi that i had on a personal loan 3 years ago as i wasn't told that it was optional. It was the bank manager that actually sorted the loan out for me. When she printed off the agreement for me to sign, there it was, she just mentioned that this was payment protection. Not that it was optional or anything ? Do i have a chance of getting it back as it was the branch manager who "sold" it to me ?
Also how do i ifnd out if there has already been action against my bank for this sort of thing ?
