    Ring the local court.

    We reckon it has been discontinued so check all your emails and please email DCB Legal for a copy of the NoD (we need it to count your win on @Umkomaas' thread).

    Also edit your thread title once you know!

    Hi @Gr1pr, thanks for the response, sorry it's DCB Legal, all the emails and WS sent to DCB Legal. I have all the auto-reply from DCB Legal.

    I saw some other threads saying that if you don't receive WS from DCB Legal it's more likely they will discontinue the case, it just I havent received N279 yet.

    I will give my local court a ring since they don't reply any email in this case.

    Thats correct, you are only going to be certain if you phone them up, seeing as you are conducting your own case, but we believe that DCB Legal have already discontinued

    Then email DCB Legal later today, threatening to attend the hearing and claim wasted costs if they fail to send your NoD over to you by return.
