Advice on Horizon parking PCN

Hi,

I need some advice on 2 parking fines I got in the post from horizon on 28th Feb and 4th march. 

To get to the point, I stopped in a premier inn carpark (didn't leave the car). One for 21 mins and one for 45 mins and have got a 57/95 quid fine each.

Is there anyway of getting out of paying either of them?

Any help is appreciated.

yes you get out off not paying by not giving them your card details
its really as simple as that

You don't have any fines. Seems you haven't read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

This is the point:

"One for 21 mins and one for 45 mins"

If you had business there plan A should be your first attack.
