I've uploaded all my documents.

To summarise 
I received the fine 44 days after parking.
I followed the parking rules 
Appealed as the keeper and provided evidence
They are requesting driver details 

It's such a headache. 

Please can you advise the wording I should use to get the fine cancelled.

Its not a fine,  its an invoice for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property 

There are no parking regulations,  just a private contract with the parking company based on the contractual rules on the signage 

Ignore the reply,  wait for the rejection with Popla code 

Do not reveal or infer who was driving, despite the story in the appeal,  too many first person words 

Appeal to popla after you receive a popla code,  as keeper,  based mainly on no keeper lliability due to the timescale etc,  plus the validation was carried out so no breach occurred 

Meanwhile,  try plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  complaining about the PCN to the business or landowner ASAP
