Strange eBay search results... can anyone explain?

Just did a search on eBay for "gardening vouchers" (click) and it came up with some american furniture vouchers, which don't have the word "gardening" in the title, subtitle, or anywhere in the description.:confused:

More confusing, the results by category thingy on the left hand side suggests that there should only be one search result, i.e. the only one that isn't a furniture voucher. Am I missing something?

    ive found this recently too,words i have searched for werent in the title of some of the items shown.dont know what is going on.

    I agree with scbk that it has to do with the Item Specifics but it may also have to do with the categories selected by the seller too.

    It's all related to eBay's ongoing tweaking to the search experience. In short, being presented with only one item isn't necessarily an exciting prospect for a buyer. So eBay is trying to be clever by providing you with things you may like. Needless to say on this occasion they have fallen short of the mark. Bit miffed they have displayed US ads.
