Every six months, we ask for your help to track the quality of customer service provided by banks. By comparing your answers with last time, we can see which have got better or worse.
Please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE for your main CURRENT ACCOUNT over the last SIX MONTHS. Ignore rates or any other products, and service if it's more than six months old.

There aren't many banks that cater for low income account holders. I have an income less than £1000 a month. I highly congratulate Santander for looking after less wealthy clients,.0

I cannot, to date, fault Santander0

Why is this poll always about one's CURRENT account? I've been with Santander for many years and have no problem with them. However, other banks which I've left, I have had problems with them. Surely the poll should ask about any bank whether one still uses them or not. If one is happy with one's current bank, then one is likely to be complimentary, if not, then switch.0

I have to disagree with the positive Santander feedback. They have been a nightmare with my mortgage since December last year and appear unable to fix a simple error which has now escalated to such a point that my mortgage balance changes by at least £1k on a daily basis.
They keep saying 'it's within our timeline to fix' that timeline being 56 days
I have moved my account from them as a result.0 -
Nationwide surprised me with £100 because I met their criteria to get a shares pay out, I have a current and savings account with them. Then each month, it's nice to see interest credit too. Plus the £175 for switching. Thanks to MSE0
