    Have had a hideous day - and I have been yearning to open a bottle of wine since this afternoon.  And what stopped me?  The thought that I wouldn't get my target beaten emoji!  Thanks Cathybird this thread really does work wonders!

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
