Hey, can I join in please. I'm doing dry January so 31 alcohol free days and want to aim for 300 for the year. I've never done dry January but determined to do it this year.
I could really do with cutting down for the sake of my bank balance as well as my health.

1/18 for today as declaring early on basis I feel ill.   I'll leave you all to work out why.   Off to wash my hair and have a bath and see if that improves things with an early night.

Can I join with a target of 21 please. I've previously tried dry Jan but it never works as I always drink the Christmas leftovers. My DH drinks daily and I at times think oh sod it and end up having one too when actually I didn't intend to. Mainly health reasons for me and to see if I save any money thank you
