4/21 for me please

5/21 tonight please Cathybird. Almost succumbed tonight, but think I was just hungry and once I got some food inside was OK. I have been trying to lose some weight and despite going off the rails over Christmas and New Year I have kept the 8 1/2 lbs off that I lost before Christmas.

But I need to remember not to be too restrictive, it's enough to stop myself from drinking every night and gradually lose a bit of weight. It's so easy to slip back into it if I feel I'm also depriving myself of food.
