1. Entries open on 1st December 2024 and will close at 11.59PM on 11th December 2024. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
2. The Competition is open to UK residents who are over 18 only.
3. One entry per person each day only.
4. No employees, their families, or agencies of holidaycottages.co.uk or Travel Chapter Ltd are eligible to enter.
5. No purchase is necessary to apply. The Promoter has the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8. holidaycottages.co.uk accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9. holidaycottages.co.uk reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Terms and Conditions.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter in the circumstances.
11. The Competition is to run from 1st to 11th December 2024.  1 x 7 day stay at Laundry Cottage Coombe Hay and 1 x 7 days stay at Seven holiday voucher will be given away to be selected at random. Dates can be chosen by the winner and if the property is unavailable the holidaycottages.co.uk team may offer a suitable alternative. The winners will be contacted after the competition has been closed.
12. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no further correspondence about the decision will be entered into.
13. Each winner will receive a 7 day stay at the chosen property (Laundry Cottage - Coombe Hay or Seven) holidaycottages.co.uk voucher. Terms and conditions apply to the voucher and can be viewed here.
14. In respect of the holidaycottages.co.uk voucher prize, a correspondent at holidaycottages.co.uk will reach out to the winner and send the vouchers to them via email.
15. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. All stated prize values are in pound sterling and are to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge and belief correct at the time of printing these terms.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for any fluctuations in prize values.
16. Unless otherwise stated, prizes will be sent free of charge to a UK email address provided by the winner.  The Promoter will not be liable for prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged for reasons beyond their reasonable control, or any additional expenses that may be incurred by a prize winner in relation to the Competition or their prize.
17. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any of the prizes provided and we accept no responsibility for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition, or accepting or using any part of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. The terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. The successful winner may be asked to participate in publicity arising out of the Competition.
20. Any personal data relating to the successful applicant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Competition promotion, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
