Small Fry - Win a theme park day out for 4!

Frankie & Benny’s X Harper Collins "Small Fry" by David Baddiel – Win a fabulous day out at a UK theme park for a family of 4, a £150 bumper library of Harper Collins Children’s books and all ten of David Baddiel’s children’s books!

With the inclusion of ten lucky runners up prizes including all ten of David Baddiel’s children’s books

Eligibility:

· Participants must be 18 years or older.

· Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

· At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged 18 or younger must have prior parental or guardian permission.

Entry Period:

· All participants may enter this competition from Tuesday 8th October – Monday 11th November 2024.

How to Enter:

To enter this prize draw you must complete the following steps on at least one platform during the entry period:

Winner Selection:

· Winner will be drawn and contacted on 12th November 2024.

· The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.

· The winner will be contacted via email by a member of Frankie & Benny’s Marketing team.

Claiming the Prize:

· Once contacted, the winner must respond to the within 72 hours to claim the prize.

· Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of a new winner.

Verification:

· Proof of age and residence may be required to claim the prize.

· Participants found to have provided false information will be disqualified.

General Conditions:

· Frankie & Benny's reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions.

· Prize package for day out to UK theme park - 2 adults and 2 under-16s includes:

Travel allowance provided to the value of £50 will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years old or over; Winners will be given a choice of theme parks nationwide; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prizes are subject to opening times/dates of the winner’s chosen attraction. Specific opening times/dates will vary according to the winner’s chosen location; Prize may be subject to the terms of the attraction’s management for which the Promoter is not responsible or liable and by accepting the prize winners are deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and attendance at the attraction must be booked and completed within that time frame; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; All children must have parental or guardian permission prior to participation; The prize excludes travel to the attraction, accommodation, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; The Prize Provider is Element London.
