NEXUS parking charge, but admitted I was the driver

NEXUS have issued a 'parking charge' by post for staying 42mins over 2hours at a MOTO service station. Before reading this thread I unfortunately already appealed to NEXUS and said that I was driving (I can't remember maybe I just ticked a box that said that I was the driver). They have replied saying that my appeal was rejected and that I can now only appeal to POPLA. What should I do now?
