I would check Courtserve to see if tomorrow’s hearing has been vacated or not . MSE’s defence probably have put the claimant and the court on notice that you will seek costs for late discontinuance ?4

I’ve looked on court serve and I can’t see my name on any of the court lists for tomorrow.I’ve signed the partition.Thanks to this forum and everyone that has helped with everyone’s cases. Learnt a lot.5
