Hi have filed a defence and received the questionnaire form. It says to file by mid November. Is it better to do this on paper and post to the civil national business centre or online?
Also says 'and serve copies on all other parties '? Do I do this myself with copies sent to the claimants/claimant lawyer?
Thanks0 -
Neither
Follow the 12 steps in the defence template sticky thread in announcements, plus the advice in the second post in the newbies sticky thread too ( you appear to have abandoned the advice in them after emailing your defence. )
Download the PDF from the gov website, fill it in, email to the DQ email address in the two threads above
One copy is emailed to the CNBC, and cc the lawyers too ( not the claimant. )0 -

Haven't abandoned anything, I emailed my defence and waited on n180 as per advise. Didn't know template defence thread as that page is quite a lot to take in, have found it1 -
You only need the first 2 or 3 posts by coupon mad , the rest is irrelevant, but those 12 steps are very, very important
The second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements explains how to fill it in, using 2 links0
