• Prize is a 15-day voyage on Svalbard Line (full voyage) for two.
• Prize cannot be converted to cash, is non-refundable and cannot be used to claim refunds if the sailing is cancelled in whole or in part.
• Prize is for an unspecified cabin with full board and drinks (breakfast, lunch & dinner) from Norway’s Coastal Kitchen. Includes unlimited select beer, wine, and spirits at Flora, Árran, and the 1893 Bar, served during restaurant and bar opening hours (excluding breakfast).
• Excursions are not included and will incur an extra cost.
• Prize excludes flights, and the Winner and guest are responsible for getting to and from the ship at their own expense.
• Prize is subject to availability and must be booked not less than three months in advance.
• Once booked dates cannot be changed other than in accordance with the booking terms and conditions of Hurtigruten (see below).
• All parts of the prize must be used in conjunction with the same booking. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and share the same cabin.
• The prize is not transferable to anyone other than the Winner plus their guest.
• Departures are from May 2025 to September 2025 only.
• Hurtigruten reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Hurtigruten's control makes it necessary to do so.
• Winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older to travel.
• Winner and guest are solely responsible for ensuring they are available to travel have valid travel documentation (e.g. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after travel, visa/visa waiver may be required) and obtaining adequate travel insurance and appropriate vaccinations at their own expense.
• The Prize does not include spending money, tax or personal expenses and any other costs incurred by each of Winner and guest that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are their own responsibility.
• By claiming prize and making booking, each of Winner and guest accept Hurtigruten’s terms and conditions.
