Please show us their evidential photos. What exactly is the alleged breach stated on the Notice to Keeper (NtK) or was this a windscreen Notice to Driver (NtD).

For the different ways and what to state in your appeal, you must read the Newbies/FAQ thread.

Ideally follow plan A, complaining to the business or managing agent or landowner and getting it cancelled ASAP

Thanks Gr1pr, I have drafted a letter to send the landowner/business requesting for cancellation.

If I do not hear a response within the 14 days of when the letter of the fine from NPC what should I do next?

Read the NEWBIES thread. There's no 14 day deadline because you aren't going to pay.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The last picture you have shown us is not a picture of the bay the car was parked in.

The first picture shows a wooden gate in front of the parked car, but the third pic shows a brick wall there.

Why did you park in a manner that blocks what little room there is between bays?  Was there an obstruction at the front of the bay that meant you couldnt fit in, or was it just a case of poor parking?  If its the latter, then I'm struggling to see what mitigation you have for avoiding a fine.

Looks like to pic with the empty bay was taken after the car had left the bay.  (Same gate as in the pic with the car in it)
