Terms and conditions

1 The ‘Alien: Romulus inspired weekend’ prize draw is open to all new and existing customers of Siren Craft Brew Ltd (the Company).

2 The Prize as advertised is an overnight stay in a UK city, for four adults, including tickets to an escape room experience, a science museum and lunch at a local restaurant.

3 The promotion is open to adults who are over 18 years of age and a resident in the UK.

4 Employees of Siren Craft Brew, Siren Country Pubs, or any other subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.

5 The entry period is between start date: 09/08/2024 and closing date: 31/08/2024.

6 A winner will be selected at random, week commencing 09/09/24, and notified by email.

7 The winner must accept the prize within 14 days of being notified, or else will forfeit The Prize.

8 If a selected winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules, or unable to take up The Prize for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery.

9 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry and the Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such revised terms and conditions shall have effect immediately and may be found on the Company’s website: www.sirencraftbrew.com. It is a condition of entry that these terms and conditions are final.

10 The Company reserves the right to refuse to award The Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

11 In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results, and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Company shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

12 The Company reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

13 The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whatsoever.

14 Personal data supplied during the duration of the Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policy of the Company.

15 No Purchase Necessary postal entry option applies to the Prize Draw. Entries must be received to Siren Craft Brew, 18 Marino Way, Alberto House, Finchampstead, Wokingham RG40 4RF marked ‘PRIZE DRAW ENTRY’ before the closing date.

16 The Promoter has engaged Element London Ltd as its prize fulfilment agency to liaise directly with the Winner regarding the organisation of acceptance of the prize.  Element London Ltd will provide Winner with a list of available experiences and locations upon notification of winning and confirmation of winner’s location.

17 Exact experience, inclusions and length of time will vary by location and will be advised by Prize Provider

18 Activities will be selected by Prize Provider at the sole discretion

19 Travel expenses are included up to the value of £50 GBP per person, which can be spent on petrol/parking, car transfers, or travel by public transport

20 Accommodation comprises of two double occupancy rooms for four adults, at a 4* hotel nearby to winner’s chosen experience;
a) Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients
b) A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card
c) Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion

21 Prize Package is for 4 adults, depending on the package, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;

22 All travellers must be aged 18 or over

23 Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time

Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure

24 Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination

25 The prize excludes meals and drinks, rental car, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package

26 Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available

27 Prize is subject to availability

28 Winner travels at own risk

29 Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize

30 Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner's own expense

31 The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value

32 If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion

33 Where entrance to science museum is free of charge, Element will provide tickets to an exhibition within the museum

34 Lunch on the day of experience is provided to the value of £25 GBP per person, including gratuity

35 All cash allowances for travel will be converted into the winner’s local currency

36 The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes
