The Prize Draw
2.1.

below and will then be entered into a prize draw gaining the chance to win

Prize.

You will then be entered into a prize draw gaining the chance to win a
Prize consisting of

C1 Smart 4K Mini Projector.
3.5.
By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.
Eligibility
4.1.
The prize draw is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over,
except: (i) employees
of the Promoter or either of their respective holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees
of agents or suppliers of the Promoter  or their respective holding or  subsidiary companies,
who are professionally connected with the prize
draw or its administration; or (iii) members
of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.
4.2.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any
prize you may  win. The Promoter may  require you to provide proof that you are eligible to
enter the prize draw, such as proof of identity and age.
4.3.
The  Promoter  will  not  accept  prize  draw  entries  that  are:  (i)  automatically  generated  by
computer; (ii) completed by third parties or in bulk; or (iii) incomplete.

4.4.
Entries must not feature content which (i) the Promoter (in its absolute discretion) considers
to be offensive or otherwise objectionable (ii) is unlawful or infringes third party copyright or
intellectual  property  rights  or  (iii)  promotes  excessive  drinki

social  behaviour  or
potentially dangerous behaviour.
4.5.
There  is  a  limit  of  one  entry  per  person.  Entries  on  behalf  of  another  person  will  not  be
accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.6.
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or
intention of the prize draw.
4.7.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost or delayed in
transit or incorrectly posted or for failures to post entries, regardless of
cause, including, for
example,  as  a  result  of  any  equipment  failure,  technical  malfunction,  systems,  satellite,
network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
4.8.
The Promoter will not accept entries which fail to meet the requirements under section 3.3
above.
5.
The Prize
5.1.
One Winner will be selected from social media channels.
The Prize includes delivery within
the
mainland
UK, but any other costs incurred in addition to delivery within the UK that are
incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner
.
5.2.
The

5.3.
The Prize is subject to availability.
5.4.
There is no cash alternative for the Prize.
5.5.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize with an item
or items of equal or greater value.
5.6.
The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
6.
Selecting and Announcing Winner
6.1.
Entrants who follow the steps listed at section 3 above, will be entered into a prize draw for
the  Prize.  The  winner

will  then  be  chosen  by  random  draw  performed  by  a  computer
process. The draw will be carried out
on
19
th
August
2024
and
the winner will be announced
as soon as possible thereafter (the "
Announcement Date
").
6.2.
The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable after the prize draw is carried out using
Instagram
messaging
.
The
Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
If
the
winner  cannot  be  contacted
,
or  is not
available
,
or
has  not  claimed  their  Prize  and
provided all information reasonably required by the Promoter
within
48
hours
of first being
contacted by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner,
in accordance with the process outlined above.
6.3.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that  indicates that a valid
award  took  place.  To  comply  with  this  obligation  the  Promoter  may  publish  the
fore
name
and county of the Prize winner on its promotional Instagram
and
Facebook
pages
,
an
d/
or will
send the
fore
name and county of the Prize winner to anyone who contacts the
address set
out in 11.4 within one (1) month after the Closing Date of the prize draw.
6.4.
If you object to any or all of your
fo
r
e
name and county  being published or made available,
please  contact  the  Promoter.  In  such  circumstances,  the  Promoter  must  still  provide  the
information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7.
Delivery of the Prize
7.1.
Please allow
at least
thirty
(30)
days following the Closing Date
for delivery of the Prize
