Thanks to you all for your comments in
my previous threads. I've read them all and they have given me some ideas so many thanks.
Because of the £10k increase in our agreed sale price suggested by my siblings lawyer last week (no doubt with their agreement) I have now decided to pull out of the deal.

Because of the £10k increase in our agreed sale price suggested by my siblings lawyer last week (no doubt with their agreement) I have now decided to pull out of the deal.
I should have mentioned in my opening comment that the house is 58% owned by me and the remaining 42% shared between 5 siblings. Can someone let me know if I will be liable for any of my siblings legal fees in the event of me withdrawing my original offer ( which was until recently agreed by all) and going to the open market to sell?
Thank you for your advice.

no you won't be liable - guess they might want to go ahead with the sale now - what do you want to do?
Are you serious about putting it on the open market or calling their bluff?0 -
You’re probably better keeping all this on the one thread. Easier to comment if all the background is there. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.3 -
Stick to one thread!

My Apologies for not sticking to the original thread. Thanks for confirming that I wouldn’t be liable to their legal fees.I’m actually not calling their bluff and just tired of the process and not happy with the tactics they have used at this late stage.1
