Accessing deeds

We are in process of moving home soon, I bought our current house 7 years ago, are deeds all digital now and how do I access them, mortgage was paid off a few years ago thanks

You don't need to access them, the solicitors can do it. But you get them from the relevant land registry for whichever jurisdiction the property is in.

If I was in your situation I might pay the £3 for an online copy of the title register just to check if there's anything unexpected. E.g. the charge for the mortgage not having been removed.
