Recommendations for Management Companies for a Block of Leasehold Flats

I am a resident director of an RTM company and am seeking recommendations for management companies to manage a block of 205 flats. Our contract with the current management company is coming to an end, and I do not wish to extend it due to their poor performance.

Finding a professional and dedicated management company is challenging, but I want to meet a few companies before making a final decision. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share the names of any management companies you would recommend.

Personally, I prefer SMEs as they tend to be more eager for business and focused on growth. We are a group of active directors within the RTM company and are heavily involved in the management process as well.

You probably need to mention what area you are in. SME management companies will usually only take on contracts in their local area.

You're in the right track already being a number of actively involved residential directors.Ik in myself and for our management company we were with a management company put in place by the developer. We were being ripped off and work wasn't being done.In the end we went out to local companies got them to visit site and give us tender.we even provided then with the current budget. The directors then met up and decided which company to go with.We picked a smaller company and liked the way the guy came across.I can't give you company suggestions currently but we found it better to go with a smaller company with smaller over heads and someone who came across well. Were with them years later.
