Not allowed access to remove my motorcycles to fetch them from my family home :-(

    Greg, Is it the collection of the bikes or simply your presence at the house under any circumstances that X is against? If that latter, do you think you would be able to negotiate a couple of trusted friends to collect the bikes without you present? If a goer, it seems like a cheaper and less confrontational way to get the bikes vs court orders and private bailiffs.

    Do you know who the lender is that will repossess the house eventually?  If so, could you write to them with proof that the motorbikes in the shed are yours and you have not been allowed to collect them.  Should a repossession occur, the motorbikes are not part of that repossession.  Just a thought.
