The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Tuesday 9 April and 12:00pm on Tuesday 30 April 2024. Entries must be received by 12:00pm on Tuesday 30 April 2024. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a double/twin room at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa on Sunday 19 May 2024, with Full English breakfast the following morning. The stay is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value. Any additional meals or spa treatments to be charged as taken and settled on departure.

6. Prize includes a private two-hour Bridgerton and More Bath Walking Tour with Fred Mawer Tours for two people between 11am and 1pm on Sunday 19 May 2024. The tour is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value. The tour starts outside No.1 Royal Crescent and finishes at The Holburne Museum. 

7. Prize includes a full afternoon tea experience with a glass of English sparkling wine for two at The Pump Room Restaurant on Sunday 19 May 2024. The afternoon tea is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

8. Travel costs are not included.

9. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prize-givers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.
