CPM residential PCN


My family recieved a parking ticket from CPM in a residential flats area. he went to drop off some stuff for bathroom renovation where the builders are working. please see attached pcn. thanks

    should we get an initial template appeal to CPMs own appeal service or just out right ignore this letter and all that comes after. thanks will now read the newbies thread as well.

    You are derailing with ex-clamper scammers. No amount of appealing to CPM or the IAS is going to get this cancelled, hence the advice to not bother with the appeal.

    The Newbies/FAQ thread advises on what to do and when. For info, do not reveal the identity of the driver. The NtK fails PoFA 9(2)(e)(i) and so they cannot transfer liability from the driver to the keeper.
