ISA allowance estimate

Hi all.
I've paid 15k into my barclays isa this year. I've also paid 5k into a separate s&s isa with another provider.
On my barclays account, it proposes I've still got £5492 as remaining allowance for this tax year.
Any reason why they might be getting this wrong, or - am I missing benefits of self offset or prior yes

You have used all of your annual allowance.
Barclays have no idea that you have also added money to the S&S ISA, just as that provider knows nothing about your Barclays ISA.
Hopefully the Barclays ISA is cash as you can only have one of each type this tax year.1 -
They have no way of knowing about the ISA with the other provider so I would expect them to think you have £5000 allowance remaining rather than £5492.
When you say "paid into" was that new money rather than a transfer from other ISAs?0
