Contribute towards deposit with LISA?

If I save in a Lifetime ISA for say, 4 years, at the maximum reward, I'll have a balance of 20k. If the deposit for a house purchase was 25k, could I supplement that with money in a current account to reach the deposit? I'm not currently in this situation, but I imagine in 4 years time or less I'll want to be settling into a property. Just deciding whether a Lifetime ISA is the best option for me.
If a current account is not acceptable, is there any account I can use to supplement and reach the deposit amount?
Thanks.

You can use money from anywhere to supplement the LISA, there's no requirement that only the LISA can be used for a deposit.
