Double dipped ccj baywatch i need some help

I was double dipped on a casino car park run by minster baywatch last year some time in febuary.
I became aware of a ccj against me in december along with demands and threats of balifs from there solicitors (Gladstones). So i am a private hire driver and i share a cab on friday morning the driver who shares this cab dropped a customer at the car park and went about his day. On sunday evening i dropped a customer at the said car park and then went about my shift. I have the job records and also credit card reciepts with gps data taken between the disputed times.
I tried to communicate this first with monster baywatch then with gladstones who i even provided logs of jobs completed during the disputed times.
I was willing to go to court but got no notifacation of any hearing . I have no demand from any  court ,  The demand came from gladstones solitors as did the notifaction that i now have a ccj.
To compound things my brother passed away in march last year leaving me soul career 24 hours  for a parent with dimenta  , so to be honest i didnt pay much  notice , until i get the letter from gladstone threating balifs. I been to the cab and they where not very helpfull . Now i am a career so i no longer have a wage . so i can do without wht feels like  vulchers circling.

Do you think the claim went to an old address?

Or could it perhaps have been thrown away by the parent with dementia?

Ring the CNBC and ask them to email you a copy of the 'Particulars of Claim' immediately, and while on the phone, ask them exactly which address it went to, the 'Date of Issue' and the name of Claimant and name of solicitor.

You have to ring at 8.30am or they'll take 2 hours to answer (not joking).

Yes, but by ringing at 8.30am on the dot you will get through.  This is what you must do first.

You are describing a scam PCN called a double dip.  You could even counterclaim for this; a double dip case is data abuse under UK GDPR 2018.

@Half_way There really isn't any advice that we can offer till you have made the 8.30 am call and obtained the necessary information. As @Coupon-mad said, ask them to email you a copy of the 'Particulars of Claim' immediately, and while on the phone, ask them exactly which postal address the claim form was sent to, the 'Date of Issue' and the name of Claimant and name of Claimant's solicitor.
