PCN issued after over a monthh

Hi, my family member has received a parking charge notice after over a month. The letter states date of contravention is 05/11 and date of notice was 29/12. Does this comply with the BPA?

    Comply with the BPA what?

From the dates provided, the NTK was not PoFA compliant and therefore incapable of holding the keeper liable. This should be added to the template appeal that can be found in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES, after Plan A has been exhausted (complaints from the keeper to the landowner and the keeper's MP).

Where did the alleged event occur? It may have cropped up here before.

Why do people fixate on the date and seem to believe it's void if it arrives after day 14?  Clearly it's just a 'non-POFA NTK' and the keeper appeals and wins, as long as they don't say who was driving.

    Easy stuff. 100% winnable.

Already explained in the NEWBIES thread.
