Sport direct Refund

Hi all,
I bought a pair of trainers online on the 19th december 2023, received them on the 26th december 2023 in France and the trainers sent were not a matching pair, I have returned the trainers and have confirmation that they had arrived at sports direct on the 29th December 2023, however i have been emailing sports direct to find out when i will be refunded and still not received a refund they just keep saying please wait up to 21 days for a refund but its been more than 21 days and it says refund in 7days . what can i do next please
