Virtually brand new door. It seems when it rains and it hits the windows in a certain direction, I get these drops forming underneath the pane from the inside. Any idea how/where it's getting in on these doors? The drops don't photograph that clearly but big drops form and they eventually start dripping down. It's not condensation!

We had that with a door we had installed. Call the installer back and get them to fix it. The cassette (the unit with the glass in) isn't sealed in properly.
