Getting print Evidence of a tax adjustment

Hi. I need to print off PDF evidence of my tax adjustment but there's no obvious way of doing this at HMRC online... I have spoken to them by phone but still not received anything in the post.... Has anyone managed how to do this .... I'm not querying the adjustment I just need to print off evidence that it's there.... mortgage lender requires written evidence.....Aghhhhh...tia x

    Do you mean you can get it on screen, but don't know how to print it from your web browser? Or something else?
