EDF smart meter

EDF Smart meter installed 04/12/23 and has never worked as no usage history on their app and they admit it hasn't been commissioned to the network. I wasn't given an in home display. 

Issue is i can't give them a meter reading as the new smart meter screen seems to have 'Rate 1' reading and a 'Rate 2' reading (economy 7) and the app only has an option for one meter reading to be entered. There seems to be no way to communicate this to them and get them to understand the issue. After a 45 minute phone call today they have simply entered the Rate 2 reading (I gave them both over the phone), which will clearly not be the total amount of KWH used.

Has anyone experience of this and was it resolved? thanks in advance

    Edit - IHD won't help -  I think it can't show E7

    Not sure how the meter was moved to E7 anyway as i didn't have this before and I am on a standard tariff anyway.

    Only one of the registers might be active. You need to make sure they have the reading from the one that is or the combined reading. Raise a complaint. You need to get to the bottom of this.
