Hi All, I came across the below point on rent agreement
"to use the Property solely for residential accommodation for the following persons: the Tenant, the Tenant’s spouse or partner, children of the Tenant or the Tenant’s spouse or partner, and such other persons as the Landlord has expressly permitted only."
Will the landlord raise concerns on parents visiting for 2-3 weeks a year?

No it won't concert them as they aren't becoming tenants, they are simply guests of yours for a limited period of time. If you moved them in permanently it would be an issue.2

So you cannot have a boyfriend/girlfriend stay the weekend?!!!!??Seriously, guests are fine - this is about someone moving in and making it their main residence.1
