Premium Bonds

I want to cash in my Premium Bonds. I remember my PIN number, but not other security, as I opened this a long time ago. when I start the process online to get my money transferred and they do the automated security call, is it the pin they are asking for? I do not want to needlessly be locked out of my account.. thanks

if you are able to remember your pin and you can get logged into the site? you can go to settings you can change your security questions I had to do this 'cause I couldn't remember how I put the my first job in
