BPA / POFA Signage Requirements

Is it a requirement of either the BPA Code of Practice, or POFA, that the signage within the car park mentions that that the PPC may apply to the DVLA for keeper details and/or pursue the RK if the PCN remains unpaid after 28 days? This is for a windscreen PCN. Signage makes no mention of DVLA, obtaining RK details or pursuing the RK if the charge remains unpaid.

The PPC must be a member of an ATA to obtain keeper data from the DVLA, but there is no requirement for that to be included on signs.

Do you have a PCN from an unregulated private parking company and need help that isn't provided in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES? If so, please provide more details.
