Prizes The prizes to be awarded are: (a) Return economy flight London -Tenerife Three night hotel stay in Tenerife with breakfast Return airport-hotel and event transfers in Tenerife Discover scuba diving Travel insurance " (estimated value of £3,250 ) The following shall apply to the Prizes: i. Dates of travel are weekends from 3rd May- 2nd September 2024, excluding British and Spanish national holidays. These travel periods cannot be amended or extended. ii. Winners will forfeit the prize if they fail to travel before 30th August 2024. iii. A minimum of sixty days’ notice is required before the chosen departure date. iv. Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. v. Once the trip is booked no changes can be made. vi. At least one person travelling must be aged 18 or over. If winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian. vii. Hotel is based on two people sharing one room. The hotel will take a credit card preauthorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals. viii. For the scuba dive, the minimum age limit is 10 years. Anyone aged under 18 must be accompanied in the water by a legal parent/guardian. Expectant mothers or those who suffer from inner ear infections are excluded. Participants must sign a waiver prior to the dive. If winner or guest have a pre-existing medical condition, they must also complete and sign a medical waiver. ix. No diving experience is required. Winners must take their own towel and swimsuit. Anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be excluded. x. Winner/guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein. xi. Travel insurance is included, but pre existing conditions are not covered. Maximum age for cover is 75 years old. You are advised to seek independent insurance cover in these circumstances. xii. Winner/guest must have and are responsible for valid e-passports (biometric) and visas/permissions if applicable. xiii. Winner and guest shall be responsible for ensuring that they comply at all times with any such restrictions and/or requirements in order to redeem the prize. xiv. Winner and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. xv.
