UC and pay

Just after some knowledge and advice,  son has just received his second UC statement, however during this period he was paid some holiday pay owed to him.

This is not reflected on his UC payment and on investigation it appears the payment was a straight bank transfer with no pay statement and no NI.  So if HMRC don't know about it, DWP and the UC peeps wont know about it.

I was expecting a reduction in his UC however there isn’t one (which triggered us to look at the lack of pay statement)

Do we raise a note on his journal or call the help line….

He will need to report this in his journal by putting a message under the payment section.
