Cambridge BS - new account application stuck

I am an existing customer, and I get stuck trying to apply for a new account online. I tried so far different browsers and different computers. The problem appears at the last stage after nominated bank account has been verified and I agreed to all T&C. Anyone was able to open a new account online recently? Customer services are unable to help.
