Smart Saver Christmas Prize Draw 2023 Terms and Conditions (zopa.com)

1. Zopa Bank Limited is the prize draw promoter. 

2. You must be over 18, resident in the UK and have an active Smart Saver account.  

3. This prize draw is open to both new and existing customers. For new customers, to open a Smart Saver account, you must download the Zopa app and apply for an account via the Smart Savings Hub. If your application is approved, you will be eligible to enter this prize draw . 

4.  You can only enter the prize draw on your own behalf and Zopa Bank employees are excluded from this prize draw. 

5. There are 20 cash prizes available to win in this prize draw, consisting of; 3 prizes for £650, 5 prizes for £300 and 12 prizes for £100. 

6. The prize draw will run from 1st November 2023 until the 30th November 2023. 

7. To enter the prize draw, you’ll need to open a new 31 day boosted interest pot and deposit a minimum of £10. Please note that to access funds held in this pot, you must give 31 days’ notice. Once notice has been given, you will not be able to deposit any further funds into this pot.  

8. You can submit a maximum of 1 entry per week of the prize draw, with a maximum of 5 entries in total. Each entry requires a minimum deposit of £10 into the new pot that you have opened.  The weeks will run as below: 

   1. Week 1: from 00:00am on Wednesday 1st November 2023 until 11:59pm on Sunday 5th November 2023 

   2. Week 2: from 00:00am on Monday 6th November 2023 until 11:59pm on Sunday 12th November 2023 

   3. Week 3: from 00:00am on Monday 13th November 2023 until 11:59pm on Sunday 19th November 2023 

   4. Week 4: from 00:00am on Monday 20th November 2023 until 11:59pm on Sunday 26th November 2023 

   5. Week 5: from 00:00am on Monday 27th November 2023 until 11:59pm on Thursday 30th November 2023 

9. The 20 winners will be selected at random. The cash prize draw will be announced on 1st December 2023 and all winners will be contacted directly via email. If you win a cash prize, it will be paid directly into your linked bank account. If you have multiple linked bank accounts, we will pay into the one most recently used via bank transfer. 

10. The prize draw is free to enter. 

11. The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and Zopa may void, suspend or cancel the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

13. This prize draw will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

However, we’ll still have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

you should never give up hope though - I received an email 30 minutes ago telling me that I had won £100 in Amazon vouchers for the Saffron BS November draw... logged in to check and it's true!  

I guess it pays to complete surveys on small building society sites were there will be few entrants lol

Nope for me either. Hopefully I have more luck in the other draws - Halifax Mortgage, Santander, Moneybox and Nationwides start to save 2 😅.

I only by chance learnt of this draw around 5pm on 30th November, but was busy with other things and thought will get to it around 10-11pm.  Was gutted to have missed the first four deposits, and thought at least I'll get one in.

Of course, the following morning it dawned on me that I'd completely forgot to even register just that one chance, but probably would have won anyways!

I don't recall them publicising this via email / app?
