Cost of living payment separate to the the fuel payment?

Anyone get the COL payment before the fuel payment or visa versa. My mum on pension credit got the COL in early November but no Fuel payment as of today.

Winter Fuel is paid in November OR December... So have some patience there's still many weeks for that to happen.
One has to wait until next January to chase up any missed payments.

This year's WFP includes a COL supplement for all pensioners regardless of income.

FWIW I got my WFP paid on 24th November, and the Christmas £10 bonus is going in on the 4th December.
Last year I got the WFP on 30th November.

AIUI The separate Low Income COL payment of £300 was slated to be paid for those on Pension Credit  "between 31 October and 19 November 2023 for most people"

A further £299 is due in Spring.

Yes, that £300 she's already received will have been the low income CoL payment as she claims Pension Credit.

The Winter Fuel Payment is separate and will be referenced as such when she receives it in her bank.
